Richard C. Binder, Attorney at Law

Mr. Binder received his B.S. from California State University Los Angeles in 1967, and his J.D. (Law Degree) from the University of West Los Angeles Law School where he served as Law Review Editor in 1973. He is the senior partner of Binder & Associates, a law firm that is devoted to representing victims in all aspects of personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, and workers' compensation. He is either a member or former member of the American Bar Association, California Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, Pasadena Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, and Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. Mr. Binder is admitted in all of the Federal and State Courts within California, as well as the United States Supreme Court. He has lectured frequently on matters concerning personal injury and workers' compensation, and has been recognized for his service as Judge Pro Tem by the Los Angeles Superior Court. Mr. Binder's law firm continues to achieve success after success, and has recently surpassed $65 Million in settlements and/or verdicts.

Daniel S. Glaser, Attorney at Law

Mr. Glaser is a native of Los Angeles. He recieved his degree in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1991. Immediately following graduation, Mr. Glaser attended McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento where he was placed on the Dean's Honor List each year, awarded a scholarship and wrote for the law journal, The Transnational Lawyer. He was awarded his Juris Doctor With Distinction in 1994. and listed in Who's Who Among American Law Students. He was admitted to the California Bar that same year and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court of California. Mr. Glaser has practiced exclusively in the field of products liability, medical malpractice and other personal injury tort claims. Mr. Glaser has successfully litigated various consumer product and medical malpractice cases. Mr. Glaser is a member of the American Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.
